刘泉声

  刘泉声,男,1962年8月5日出生于江苏溧阳。

  1979年9月-1983年7月,山东科技大学土木工程系矿井建设专业本科;

  1983年9月-1986年7月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所岩土力学专业硕士研究生;

  1996年9月-2000年10月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所岩土工程专业在职博士研究生。

  1986年7月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所研究实习员;

  1988年12月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所助理研究员;

  1994年6月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所副研究员;

  1996年12月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所研究员;

  1995年,国务院政府特殊津贴;

  1997年8月~1998年7月,日本通产省工业技术院资源环境技术综合研究所客座研究员;

  2001年1月~6月,日本地质调查所特别研究员(STA Fellow);

  2004年1月,中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所地下工程方向责任研究员;

  2007年9月,中国科学院二级研究员。

  2008年,教育部“长江学者特聘教授”;

  2009年7月,武汉大学土木建筑工程学院二级教授;

  2013年,湖北省有突出贡献的中青年专家;

  2014年1月,国家973计划项目“深部复合地层围岩与TBM相互作用机理及安全控制”首席科学家。

  学术与社会团体兼职:国际岩石力学学会会员、中国能源学会副理事长、中国岩石力学与工程学会理事、中国岩石力学与工程学会地下工程分会副理事长、中国岩石力学与工程学会软岩工程与深部灾害控制分会常务理事、中国岩石力学与工程学会岩石力学测试专业委员会副主任委员、湖北省力学学会常务理事;国家自然科学基金委员会第十二、十三届专家评审组成员;《岩石力学与工程学报》和《岩土力学》编委。湖北省十一届政协常委,民盟中央十一届委员会委员。

  主要从事深部工程围岩稳定性分析控制方法与技术、地应力测试方法及变形监测预警技术;复合地层与TBM相互作用机理及安全控制;裂隙岩体温度-应力-水流耦合过程模拟等研究,先后承担国家自然科学基金项目9项(面上项目4项、重点项目3项、国际合作重大项目1项、国际会议交流项目1项);主持973计划、科技支撑计划、技术创新基金、交通西部科技项目、国防科工局高放废物地质处置专项等国家级重大重点项目(课题)10多项,重大工程科研项目20余项。发表SCI和 EI收录论文150余篇。获得国内发明专利14项,国际(澳大利亚)发明专利1项,国内实用新型专利7项。获国家科技进步二等奖3项(2016、2010排名第一、2000排名第二)、省部级科技进步一等奖2项、二等奖1项。出版专著2部。
